Last September, we celebrated the one year anniversary of safe, affordable, and sustainable housing for families of Vergennes Community Apartments. In 2022, we invite you to look back at what we accomplished a short eight years ago.

In 2014, ACCT and Evernorth partnered to redevelop the John Graham Motel and three historic buildings in Middlebury. The renovations produced a total of 22 highly energy-efficient, affordable, and safe places our neighbors can call home.

Addison County Community Trust will host We Made It Home, an outdoor celebration that will include building tours, local fare from Crooked Ladle Catering, music by Deb Brisson & The Hay Burners, raffles, games, and more.
